General settings

These preferences apply to everyone in your StudioBook workspace.

Workspace

  • Allow members to create bookingsAnyone with an Editor role can create and manage studio bookings.
  • Default role for new membersApplied when someone joins via an invite link.
  • Weekly booking summaryA summary of upcoming sessions and payments, sent every Monday morning.

Booking & payments

  • Require payment at bookingClients must pay in full when confirming their studio session.
  • Automatic remindersSend email reminders to clients 24 hours before their session.
  • Cancellation windowMinimum notice required for clients to cancel without penalty.

Sharing & security

  • Allow guest bookingsClients outside your domain can book sessions without creating an account.
  • Public booking pageAnyone with the link can view your availability and book sessions.
  • Session timeoutAutomatically log out inactive users after this period.
Danger zoneDeleting this workspace removes all bookings, payments, members, and billing history. This cannot be undone.
