What happens when I upgrade mid-cycle?
We prorate to the day. You pay only the difference for the remainder of the cycle, and your renewal date stays the same.
Can I get a refund if I cancel?
Yes — every plan carries a 30-day money-back window. After that, annual plans are refunded pro rata for unused full months.
Do you charge per studio or per team member?
Per studio workspace. Each plan includes a set number of team seats, and you can add more at $10/month per additional member.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Studios on annual plans can also pay by bank transfer or invoice.
Are there any setup or hidden fees?
No setup fees, ever. The only additional cost is the payment processing fee on transactions, which varies by plan and is clearly shown in the pricing table.
